Improv for Increased Productivity, Joy & Fulfillment at Work

Bringing Aliveness and Authenticity to The Workplace
One & Two-Day Workshops

Our personal and professional lives are uncertain, messy, and often times complex. Kids are unpredictable, professional goals change frequently, markets and finances fluctuate.  Surprisingly to some, the tools of Improv Comedy, when applied skillfully, make dealing with the unpredictable nature of life and business simpler, more satisfying, and infinitely more fun!

Improv Comedy— the spontaneous, creative, performative process of listening, giving, taking, and supporting one’s scene partner through “making contributory offers” — is built on a structure of “tools” that actually make it natural for anyone (no matter how “un-funny” you might think you are) to create brilliantly entertaining, inspiring, laugh-out-loud works of art on stage with ZERO preparation.

Moreover, these same tools have the effect of inspiring, awakening, and enlivening us as often as we use them.  What if going to work could feel fun and exciting?  What if communicating with your co-workers could feel less like a chore and more like a game?  What if asking for what you need from your bosses and colleagues could, in and of itself, be a playful, empowered, fearless endeavor?

Our group of skilled Professional Improvisers, Actors and Performance Coaches will take you through a series of interactive games, processes and practices that will empower you to see your work and/or business in an entirely new way!  Together, we will use these tools to develop presence, to become active listeners, to learn what it truly means to give and receive, and to re-embody the long-lost art and energy of play.

Are you ready to confidently embrace the unknown and stimulate unrehearsed creativity at work?

Are you ready to confront the stresses of your personal and professional lives with amazing calm and ease?  Are you ready to feel empowered, awakened, enlivened and at ease during conversations, presentations, and all forms of communications at work?

Let’s dive in to the fabulously fertile space that Improv creates!  We cannot wait to meet and play with you!
